Returning Vendors: Opens January 30, 2026 at 10:00 AM HST and closes on February 2, 2026 at 3:00 PM HST to prepare for public launch.
On Monday, February 2 at 3:00 PM HST, the registration page link will be posted; however, the application will be set to DRAFT mode. You will be able to view the application details, but will not be able to access the application until February 3 at 10:00 AM HST.

Who qualifies as a Returning Vendor?
A Returning Vendor is someone who participated in the same event the previous year. If you joined us for the April 12, 2025 MHSAF Mother's Day Food & Craft Fair, you're eligible for early registration for the upcoming event on April 11, 2026.

3. Download and view our Vendor Booth Map to get an idea of where booths are located on our campus. (You will have the opportunity to indicate your booth preferences, but please be advised specific spots are not guaranteed, are subject to availability, and vendors are assigned at the discretion of Mililani High School Athletics Foundation.
4. Read and understand our Terms & Conditions and additional requirements for Food Service Vendors. Your completed registration indicates your agreement and acceptance of our Terms & Conditions.
4. Helpful Tip: Create a document and take some time to answer these questions ahead of time. Then, you can just copy and paste the text into the form when you register.
Business Name (if you don't have a business name, you can use your name, or your Instagram handle)
Legal Business Name (if you don't have a DBA, use your full name)
Contact name (your first and last name)
Address (Avoid delivery delays: make sure this is accurate and complete! This is where we will send your vendor confirmation packet.)
Email (Ensure accuracy! This is where we will send you important event and vendor information)
Phone (your cell # - sometimes we may reach out by text)
Website (optional)
Logo (optional - but helpful!)
Special Requests (optional - if you have any comments or concerns for us to consider)
What best describes your business? (This will be a drop-down selection: Crafter, Artisan, Retailer, Pre-packaged Food/Snacks, Food Service Pop-up, or Food Truck)
Description of your products (be as descriptive as possible)
Are you sharing a booth with another vendor? (drop down: yes or no)
If yes, Co-Vendor Name
Booth Preferences (You may indicate your booth preferences here. [i.e., you may indicate a section or range of booth #'s to assist us in placing you.] NOTE: Specific booth spots are not guaranteed. Booth assignments are made at the discretion of the MHS Athletics Foundation and the event coordinator.)
5. Keep an eye on our Instagram and Facebook profiles for announcements.
Returning Vendors: We will do our best to place you in the same booth as the previous event if requested (not guaranteed).
Final booth assignments are at the discretion of MHSAF and Mililani High School.
You must indicate in your Registration Form that you are sharing a booth.
The secondary vendor is not eligible for Returning Vendor status next year
They will not receive a parking pass and must find alternative parking off campus
The primary vendor is responsible for sharing all event communication
Secondary vendors must submit:
An abbreviated registration form
GE tax license
COI (if food service vendor)
Their participation is subject to MHSAF approval
Event instructions
Confirmation placard
One parking pass per paid booth (non-duplicable)
